Engine Winterization

• Bay test boat - check all systems
• Haul & power wash bottom, side, transom, and swim platform
• Block boat on jack stands
• Oil change & filter
• Fog engine
• Stabilize fuel
• Drain & fill with anti-freeze
• Fresh water flush
• Winterize heads, water systems, A/C unit

Outdrive Winterization

• Remove and store for winter
• Oil change
• Scrape & paint with anti-fouling paint
• Bravo III O/D pumps - charged separately
• Inspect props - props can be sent out for reconditioning which will be charged separately
• Zincs - changed and charged separately

Includes for Spring

• Light sand and bottom paint with anti-fouling paint
• Install new zincs - charged separately
• Check batteries and charge
• Install drive and props
• Recommission all systems
• Engine Tune Up:
  • Replace: plugs, distributor cap, rotor & fuel filter and points and condenser when applicable
  • Check top RPMs, timing, and belts
  • Check hoses & cooling system
• Launch & Bay Test
